Frosty Strawberry Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 c. fresh strawberries, mashed or 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. thick cream, whipped

Preparation

Cream the mayonnaise and cheese.
Blend in strawberries and lemon juice.
Fold in whipped cream.
Freeze.
Cut into squares. Serve on lettuce leaf and garnish with fresh, whole strawberries.
