Tomato Vinaigrette - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large tomatoes
    6 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 clove crushed garlic
    6 Tbsp. oil
    2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. dried basil (or 4 leaves fresh)
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Dice tomatoes, add ingredients, toss and cover for 3 hours.
