Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. Crisco oil
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. plain flour
1 c. nuts, chopped
1 tsp. soda
3 c. fresh apples
1 c. coconut
1 c. raisins

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together. Pour into tube pan; bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes until done.
