Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops
    1 c. Minute rice
    1 medium onion, sliced
    1 bell pepper, sliced
    salt to taste
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Salt pork chops to taste.
    Put pork chops in oblong pan; put sliced onions on top and pepper.
    Pour rice over this and then pour mushroom soup and water over this.
    Place in a 350\u00b0 oven and bake 1 hour or until done.
