Uncooked Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large ripe tomatoes
    6 red peppers
    6 green peppers
    4 onions
    4 c. celery
    1/2 c. salt
    1/2 c. mustard seed
    2 c. vinegar
    4 c. sugar
Preparation
    Run tomatoes, peppers, onions and celery through food chopper. Add salt and drain overnight.
    In the morning, add mustard seed, vinegar and sugar.
    Pack in jars, no need to seal.
    Baby food jars are nice.
