Split Pea Hummus - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. dried split peas
    1/2 c. tahini
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/3 c. lemon juice
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 1/2 tsp. dried mint
    3 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Boil peas for 30 minutes or until soft.
    Combine all ingredients in blender and process until smooth and creamy.
    Add water, if necessary, for consistency.
    Use as dip with chips or veggies.
