Seafood Pasta(Serves 4) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 oz. tomato sauce
    3 oz. heavy cream
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/2 c. chopped red pepper
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 tsp. minced garlic
    1/2 c. white wine
    1 lb. raw shrimp
    4 c. steamed vegetables: broccoli, zucchini, carrots, etc.
    1 lb. pasta
    1 oz. grated Parmesan cheese
    chopped parsley
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Heat oil in large frypan.
    Saute onion and pepper.
    Add garlic, white wine and cleaned and shelled raw shrimp.
    Simmer until shrimp are almost cooked.
    Add tomato sauce, heavy cream and steamed vegetables.
    Bring back to a simmer.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Place hot cooked pasta in a large bowl.
    Top with shrimp mixture and mix thoroughly.
    Top with grated cheese and chopped parsley.
