Slush - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    9 c. water
    1 (12 oz.) can frozen orange juice
    1 (12 oz.) can frozen lemon juice
    2 c. gin or bourbon
    7-Up or Squirt
Preparation
    Bring sugar and water to a boil.
    Simmer 15 minutes, then cool.
    Add juices and gin or bourbon, then freeze.
    When ready to serve, fill glass half full with slush, then fill up with 7-Up or Squirt.
