Pineapple Squares - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 medium cans crushed pineapple with juice
7 Tbsp. tapioca
1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
5 c. flour
2 c. Crisco
1 c. milk
Preparation

Mix the first 4 ingredients and set aside.
Mix the flour, Crisco and milk together to form dough.
Mix with hands and divide into 4 parts.
Roll 2 parts out to fit 2 cookie sheets.
Cover dough with half of the pineapple mixture.
Roll remaining dough out for top crusts.
Prick with fork all over.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until light brown.
Cool and frost.
