Crab Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. crab meat
    1 tsp. Old Bay or other seafood seasoning
    1 egg, beaten
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1 1/2 slices bread, with crust removed
Preparation
    Break bread in small pieces and moisten with a little milk. Mix together and shape into cakes.
    Fry quickly, until brown.
