Creamy Tomato Aspic - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope gelatin, plus 1/4 c. water
    1 can tomato sauce
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. dry white wine
    2 Tbsp. onion, finely chopped
    1 Tbsp. fresh parsley, finely chopped
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
Preparation
    Soften gelatin in water.
    Heat tomato sauce to boiling. Dissolve softened gelatin in it.
    Stir in all remaining ingredients, except celery.
    Chill until mixture thickens.
    Fold in celery.
    Turn into individual molds.
    Chill until firm.
    Makes 4 servings.
