Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

2 Tbsp. oleo
2 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 medium onion, chopped
2 1/2 c. milk
4 c. thin sliced potatoes
1 c. corn chips
1 c. grated cheese
1 tsp. garlic salt
Preparation

Butter sides and bottom of 2-quart baking dish.
Melt oleo in medium size saucepan. Blend in flour, salt, pepper and garlic salt.
Stir in milk.
Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until sauce thickens slightly.
