Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. pumpkin, cooked, drained and mashed
3 large eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. red or white Karo syrup
1 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. each nutmeg and cinnamon
1 c. scalded milk with 1/4 c. butter or margarine
1 c. coconut
Preparation

Beat eggs and add sugar, flour, salt and spices. Next add pumpkin, Karo, milk, butter and coconut. Pour into unbaked pie shell (9-inch). Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until golden brown. This makes 2 pies.
