Corn Bread Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) Jiffy corn bread mix
    1 egg
    1/3 c. milk
    4 medium tomatoes, peeled and chopped
    1 red onion, chopped
    1/2 c. sweet pickle relish
    9 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. dill pickle juice
    3 dill pickles, chopped
Preparation
    Mix first 3 ingredients and bake as directed on box.
    Combine tomatoes, onion, sweet pickle relish and bacon.
    Begin with a layer of veggies, then a layer of crumbled corn bread.
    Repeat layers until all ingredients are used.
    Mix mayonnaise, dill pickle and juice. Pour over salad before serving.
    Makes a large bowl of salad.
