Roquefort Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4-lb. Roquefort or Bleu cheese, room temperature
    3 (3-oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
    1/2-lb. grated sharp cheddar cheese
    Worcestershire sauce to taste
    Dash of ground red pepper
    Garlic salt to taste
    Chopped pecans
Preparation
    Mix cheeses together with mixer, then add other ingredients except pecans. Mix well. Shape into two small or one large ball. Roll in finely chopped pecans. Chill and serve.
