Squash Casserole With Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 c. cooked squash
5 medium potatoes, chopped up
1 small onion, chopped
1 1/2 blocks margarine
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Cook squash, potatoes, onion and margarine in thick skillet until done.
Cook slowly until done.
Butter baking dish. Sprinkle lightly with Ritz cracker crumbs in bottom of dish, another layer of Ritz cracker crumbs, then layer of cheese slices on top.
Put squash casserole into oven to melt cheese.
