Gumbo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    4 (16 oz.) cans tomatoes, diced
    1 large onion, diced
    1/2 bunch celery, diced
    1 green pepper, diced
    1 lb. hot Polish sausage, quartered and sliced
    1 1/2 lb. oysters, quartered
    3 lb. popcorn shrimp
    2 lb. frozen okra
    3 Tbsp. file gumbo seasoning
    salt
    pepper
    5 Tbsp. oil
    5 Tbsp. flour
    rice
Preparation
    Boil chicken until done.
    Remove chicken from broth to cool. Continue cooking broth.
    Add next 8 ingredients in order as you prepare them.
    Dice and add chicken.
    Add frozen okra.
    Cook on low for approximately 1 hour.
