Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    6 slices white bread, crust off
    softened margarine
    1 1/2 c. shredded Longhorn cheese
    5 eggs
    2 c. half and half
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Cook sausage until done, stirring to crumble well; drain and set aside.
    Butter each slice of bread; cut into cubes.
    Place cubes in buttered 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
    Sprinkle with sausage.
    Top with cheese.
    Combine remaining ingredients.
    Beat well and pour over mixture in baking pan.
    Chill at least 8 hours.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
    Serves 6 generously.
