She Crab Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. picked and cleaned crabmeat
4 Tbsp. butter
4 Tbsp. flour
1 pt. half and half
2 vegetable bouillon cubes
1 tsp. dried celery leaves
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 dashes Tabasco sauce
Preparation

Melt butter.
Add flour, stirring constantly until bubbly. Stir for one minute after bubbly.
Stir in half and half. Continue stirring until thick and bubbly.
Add vegetable bouillon cubes, celery leaves, pepper and Tabasco.
Fold in crabmeat.
Thin with milk if necessary.
