Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe

bell peppers
Preparation

Cook rice according to directions on box.
Brown sausage in separate pan; drain grease.
Cut tops of peppers off and clean seeds.
When rice is done, add sausage, tomatoes and cheese. Replace tops of peppers, wrap individually with foil and bake until peppers are tender at 450\u00b0.
