Sue'S Blueberry Cobbler - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 stick butter
1 c. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. freshly grated nutmeg
1 c. sugar
2/3 c. milk
2 c. blueberries (11 oz.)
Whipped cream or vanilla ice cream
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0. In an 8-inch square baking dish, melt butter. Into a bowl, sift together flour, baking powder, salt and nutmeg and stir in sugar until well combined. Add milk and whisk batter until it is just combined. Pour batter into melted butter, but do not stir. Pour berries into center of batter, but do not stir. Bake cobbler in middle of oven 40 minutes, or until cake portion is golden and berries exude juice.
