Spoon Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. warm water
    4 Tbsp. sugar
    1 pkg. yeast
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    4 c. self-rising flour
Preparation
    Mix as listed, let set for 1 hour in refrigerator, covered. Bake as needed.
    Spoon into greased muffin tin.
    Will keep in refrigerator for a week.
    I mix mine up at night if I want them for breakfast.
