Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. Cheez Whiz or Velveeta
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 stick margarine
2 c. cooked rice
2 lb. broccoli (frozen or fresh), slightly cooked
Preparation

Saute onion and celery in margarine. Add cheese and soups. Heat over low heat just enough to mix.
Layer rice in bottom of casserole dish.
Layer broccoli over rice.
Pour cheese sauce over broccoli and heat in oven for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
