"Frozen Pea And Bacon Salad" - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. peas, defrosted, but not cooked
2 green onions, chopped fine
5 slices bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
salt
pepper, coarsely ground
sour cream
Preparation
-
Toss peas, onions and bacon together.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Add sufficient sour cream to hold together.
This salad is best made one day ahead and kept in refrigerator.
Stir occasionally to mix flavors.
