Squash Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 qt. fresh squash
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 c. cracker crumbs
1/2 c. Pepperidge Farm herb-seasoned stuffing mix
2 Tbsp. butter
1 small onion, chopped
1 c. grated cheese
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Cook squash and onion until tender.
Mash and add butter, egg, 1/2 cup cheese, 1/2 of the cracker crumbs and stuffing mix.
Pour into greased baking dish.
Sprinkle with remaining cracker crumbs, stuffing mix and cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until cheese browns lightly, 20 to 30 minutes.
