Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 large red potatoes
    2 stalks celery
    1 medium onion, chopped
    4 boiled eggs, chopped
    2 apples, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
    2/3 c. mayonnaise
    3 Tbsp. mustard
    1 bell pepper, chopped
Preparation
    Boil potatoes in jackets until tender, approximately 20 minutes.
    Cool in refrigerator; peel and chop.
    Add all other ingredients that have been prepared; toss together and garnish with paprika.
