Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. yellow corn meal
2 Tbsp. baking powder
2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. cooking oil
2 eggs, well beaten
1 c. sour cream
3 Tbsp. each: hot pepper, bell pepper and onion, chopped fine
1 (8 oz.) can cream-style corn
1 1/2 c. grated cheese
Preparation

Mix all ingredients except cheese. Pour 1/2 of mixture into large heavy greased skillet. Spread cheese over this. Top with balance of mixture. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done.
