Cornbread Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Martha White Mexican cornbread mix
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 can creamed corn
    1 lb. ground beef or 1 lb. hot sausage
    1 onion, chopped
    12 oz. shredded mild Cheddar cheese
    1 bell pepper, chopped
Preparation
    Mix cornbread mix, buttermilk, eggs, flour and corn together and set aside.
    Brown meat, onion and bell pepper.
    Drain.
    Pour 1/2 of corn bread mix into an 8 x 8-inch baking dish.
    Spread evenly.
    Top with meat mixture; spread evenly.
    Top with cheese. Pour remaining corn bread mix over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0
    for 40 to 50 minutes.
