Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pt. half and half
    2/3 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1/2 lb. margarine
    1 (2 lb.) bag frozen hash browns
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Thaw potatoes.
    Heat half and half, cheese and margarine over low heat until smooth.
    Pour over potatoes.
    Sprinkle with onion salt and top with grated cheese.
    Do not stir.
    Bake in 13 x 9-inch pan at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
