Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 large, hot, boiled potatoes
    1/2 c. heated milk
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 tsp. salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Warm bowl and flat beater with hot water and dry.
    Place potatoes in bowl and break apart with fork.
    Attach bowl and flat beater.
    Gradually turn to speed 4 and beat 1 minute, until smooth.
    Add milk, butter, salt and pepper on speed 4.
    Beat until milk is absorbed.
    Increase to speed 6 until fluffy, about 1 minute.
    Exchange flat beater to wire whip on speed 10 for 2 to 3 minutes.
    Yields 3 cups of potatoes.
