Buttermilk Corn Muffins(Great With Cheese Dishes And Soups) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. corn meal
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    2 c. nonfat buttermilk
    1/2 c. egg substitute
    2 Tbsp. fat free mayonnaise
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients, mixing well.
    Stir in buttermilk, egg substitute and fat-free mayonnaise until well blended.
    Spray muffin pans with cooking spray; spoon batter into muffin pans, filling two-thirds full.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes. Makes 12 muffins; 0 grams fat per muffin.
