Zucchini Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large zucchini, sliced
    salt to taste
    1 egg
    1/2 c. sour cream
    3/4 tsp. seasoned salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Cook zucchini, covered in salted boiling water until tender. Drain well.
    Put in shallow baking dish.
    Beat together egg, sour cream, salt, pepper and half of cheese.
    Pour over zucchini.
    Dot with butter and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until set.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
