Fly-Off-The-Plate Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. yeast
1/2 c. warm water
1/2 c. sugar
2 c. hot water
3 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. butter
6 to 6 1/2 c. flour
Preparation

Dissolve yeast in warm water. Pour hot water over the sugar, butter and salt; add 2 cups flour. Beat as hard as possible. Let cool to lukewarm. Add the yeast mixture and remainder of flour. Knead well and let rise until double, about 1 1/2 hours. Shape into rolls or 2 loaves of bread.
Let rise again. Bake 20 minutes (rolls) or 50 minutes (loaves) in a 375\u00b0 oven.
