Pumpkin Chiffon Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 graham cracker crust (pre-packaged or follow directions on graham cracker crumbs box)
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 envelope unflavored gelatin
1/2 tsp. salt
3 egg yolks
1 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. milk
1 1/4 c. canned pumpkin
1/3 c. sugar
3 stiffly beaten egg whites
Preparation

In a saucepan, combine brown sugar, gelatin, salt, egg yolks, cinnamon and milk; cook until it boils.
It will just start to thicken.
After this is completely cooled, fold in pumpkin, sugar and egg whites.
Pour into shell.
Chill for 3 to 4 hours.
