Shrimp Bisque - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. shrimp, chopped
    1/4 c. butter
    1/4 c. flour
    4 c. milk
    1/2 c. cream
    salt and pepper
    Worcestershire sauce
    sherry
    paprika
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, except shrimp, stirring to make a smooth paste.
    Heat slowly until thick.
    Add shrimp and cook briefly until tender.
    Serve as a one dish meal with corn bread.
