Delicatessen Pickles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. vinegar
    1/4 c. noniodized salt
    5 c. water
    1 gal. jar washed cucumbers
    garlic cloves
    pickling spices
    red pepper
    dill
Preparation
    Put cucumbers in a gallon jar.
    Add garlic, pickling spices, red pepper and fresh dill as desired.
    Combine vinegar, salt and water, bringing to a boil.
    Pour over cucumbers.
    Cool.
    Cover and place in refrigerator.
    Let stand for 5 or 6 weeks before using. Delicious.
