Tomato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. finely chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    3 Tbsp. flour
    2 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 c. tomato juice or canned tomatoes
    2 c. cold whole milk
Preparation
    Brown onion in margarine.
    Stir in
    flour,
    salt, sugar and pepper.
    Cook until smooth and
    bubbly, stirring constantly. Remove from heat.
    Gradually stir in 2
    cups tomato juice or canned tomatoes.
    Bring to a boil,\tstirring constantly and boil for 1 minute.
    Add 2 cups cold whole milk,\tall
    at once. Heat rapidly
    to
    serving temperature,
    stirring
    constantly. Serve at once.
