Apple Cranberry Crisp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 Winesap apples (about 5 c.), peeled, cored and sliced
1 c. cranberries
3/4 c. packed brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/3 c. flour
dash of salt
1/3 c. butter
1/3 c. quick cooking rolled oats
Preparation

Combine apples and cranberries.
Toss with 1/4 cup brown sugar and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon.
Place in greased 1 1/2 to 2-quart baking dish.
Combine flour, 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1 teaspoon cinnamon and salt and rolled oats.
Sprinkle over apple mixture.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes until top is crisp and brown.
Yields 6 to 8 servings.
