Spinach Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    1 c. sour cream
    1 dried Lipton onion soup mix
    8 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Cook and drain well the spinach. Pat extra moisture out on paper towels. Stir in cream cheese, sour cream and dried onion soup mix. Blend well. Pour into ungreased 8 1/2 x 11-inch or 9 x 12-inch casserole. Top with Mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes. Cover for 1/2 the baking time, then uncover until cheese melts.
