Hot Cross Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 2/3 c. flour
    2/3 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    1/3 c. oil
    2/3 c. Carnation milk
    1 1/2 tsp. Carnation milk
    1/4 c. sifted powdered sugar
    3/4 c. raisins
Preparation
    Sift flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon and salt in medium bowl.
    Make well in center.
    Beat egg, oil and 2/3 cup milk.
    Pour into well.
    Stir with wooden spoon until flour is moistened.
    Stir in raisins.
    Spoon into buttered muffin tins filling 2/3 full. Bake 20 minutes at 400\u00b0.
    Remove from tins and cool.
