Yum Yum Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 chicken breasts
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 c. sour cream
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Pepperidge Farm cornbread stuffing crumbs
    2 sticks margarine
    1 c. chicken broth
Preparation
    Season chicken as desired; boil until tender. Cool and skim off fat. Bone chicken and cut into bite-size pieces.
    Arrange in 9 x 11-inch pan. Mix soups and sour cream; spoon over chicken. Top with stuffing mix. Melt margarine in heated chicken broth; pour evenly over all. Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0. Can be served over rice.
