Ham And Tater Pom Poms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. water
    1/3 c. butter
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 c. mashed potato flakes
    1 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 egg
    1 tsp. parsley flakes
    2 4-1/2 oz. cans deviled ham
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    In a saucepan, heat the water, butter, salt and pepper to boiling.
    Remove from heat. Add the potato flakes and whip lightly with a fork.
    Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
    Drop slightly rounded teaspoonfuls onto a greased cookie sheet and bake at 400\u00b0 for 12-15 minutes.
    Serve warm.
    Tip:
    These can be made ahead and refrigerated.
    Reheat by placing on a cookie sheet and putting them into a 350\u00b0 oven for 10 minutes.
    One recipe makes about 48 snack pieces.
