Coconut Refrigerator Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sifted flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. butter
    1 c. brown sugar, packed
    1 c. granulated sugar
    2 eggs
    3 c. instant oats
    1/2 c. pecans, chopped
    1 1/2 c. coconut
Preparation
    Sift flour; add soda and salt.
    Cream butter; add sugar and mix until fluffy.
    Add eggs, flour mixture, rolled oats, nuts and coconut and mix thoroughly.
    Divide dough into 4 rolls and refrigerate until firm.
    Can also be frozen.
    Take out; let thaw. Cut into 1/8-inch slices.
    Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 375\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Cool.
