Oatmeal Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. boiling water
    1 c. oats
    1 c. packed brown sugar
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. margarine
    2 eggs
    1 3/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa
    12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0 and grease and flour 13 x 9-inch pan. Pour boiling water over oats and let stand 10 minutes.
    Add sugar and margarine to oats.
    Stir until margarine melts.
    Add eggs and mix well.
    Add flour, soda, salt and cocoa to oat mixture.
    Add 1/2 of the chocolate chips.
    Pour into pan; sprinkle the rest of the chips over the top of cake.
    Bake 40 minutes or until done.
