No-Fail Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cornmeal
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    1/4 c. sugar
    3/4 tsp. salt
    4 tsp. baking powder
    2 eggs
    1 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    In an iron skillet, add 2 tablespoons oil, heat to medium to medium-high.
    Mix dry ingredients; add eggs and milk.
    Mix until ingredients are moistened and mixed well. Pour into hot skillet.
    Bake until browned in hot oven.
