Easy Peanut Butter Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened milk
    3/4 to 1 c. peanut butter
    1 egg
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. biscuit baking mix
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In large mixing bowl, beat sweetened milk, peanut butter, egg and vanilla until smooth.
    Add biscuit mix and mix well.
    Chill at least 1 hour.
    Shape into 1-inch balls.
    Place 2-inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
    Flatten with fork.
    Bake 6 to 8 minutes or until lightly browned.
    Do not overbake.
    Cool.
