Piquant Sauce For Fish(Serves 4) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter or oleo
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 1/2 tsp. dried parsley flakes
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Place butter in a 1-cup glass measure.
    Microwave on Medium-high (roast) for about 1 1/2 minutes, or until melted.
    Add mustard, parsley flakes, garlic powder and lemon juice.
    Pour sauce over fish to serve.
