Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. chopped cooked chicken or turkey
1 c. mayonnaise or Miracle Whip
1 undiluted can cream of chicken soup
1 undiluted can cream of mushroom soup
4 chopped hard cooked eggs
2 c. chopped celery
1 c. toasted slivered almonds
1 medium minced onion
2/3 c. cracker crumbs
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen green peas
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
chopped parsley and paprika
Preparation

Mix all ingredients, no special order, except almonds, parsley and paprika.
Put in large buttered casserole.
Top with chopped parsley, paprika and toasted almonds.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until mixture is bubbly.
Peas should be crisp.
Great for buffet crowd.
Serves 8 to 10.
