Mexican Spoon Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. or 1 can cream-style corn
    3/4 c. milk
    1/3 c. butter
    1 1/2 c. cornmeal mix (Jiffy)
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1 pinch of baking soda
    1 (4 oz.) can green chilies or use chili powder
    1 1/2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except chilies and cheese. Fold in chilies and cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
