Tomato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tomatoes
    1/2 c. oil
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    salt and pepper
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/2 clove garlic, minced
    1 tsp. basil
    pinch of thyme
    2 Tbsp. chopped scallions
Preparation
    Slice tomatoes; pour remaining combined ingredients over tomatoes.
    Refrigerate 1 hour.
    Serve on lettuce.
